By requesting a quote, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Bill of Lading Compliance: Your shipment complies with California Commercial Code, including accurate consignor and consignee details, origin and destination, freight description, and measurements.
• Estimated Total Cost of Delivery Service: The estimated total cost is based on the shipment details provided at the time of the request. Final charges may be adjusted if shipment details change, actual shipment weight differs, additional services are requested, or unforeseen circumstances arise.
• Carrier's Responsibility: Green Roads LLC handles shipments with due care, but is not liable for improper packaging, weather-related delays, or delays outside our control.
• Liability & Claims: Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Shipper is responsible for proper packaging.
• Freight Charges & Payment: Charges are due in advance unless agreed otherwise. Payment must be secured before or at delivery.
• Shipment Refusal: Hazardous, fragile, or restricted goods must be declared. Shipments that don't comply with regulations or are unsafe will be refused.
• Delivery Acknowledgment: The consignee must sign to confirm receipt in good condition, unless exceptions are noted at delivery.
